Hawkins Lewis Family Reunions is a private family website. This page explains how we handle information, including mobile numbers used for reunion planning texts.
Mobile numbers
Saving a phone number in the family directory does not enroll anyone in texts. Signed-in family members can opt in on the Text reminders page by confirming their own primary mobile number and checking an optional consent box. We retain the number, account, consent wording and version, and the time of consent or withdrawal so we can honor and document their choice.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties for their marketing. Numbers are used only to operate this family site and send the reunion planning messages the person agreed to receive.
Text messages
Message frequency is a few messages per reunion planning cycle, such as a survey reminder or a Final RSVP reminder. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask a Site Administrator for help, or withdraw consent on the Text reminders page.
Other family information
Household information on the signed-in site is visible only to that household and specifically authorized family roles. Sensitive meal and financial details are kept to the roles that need them.
